Townhouse living...

The one we wanted to have a look at is now off the market. The folks do want to sell apparently but have just had new baby and new job between them, so want a couple or three months to sort their lives out. This puts it beyond our preferred moving time. We want to be in new place by mid/end April, to give us a month free before the wedding. If not, everything's on hold until after the honeymoon.
Saw a matched pair in a new development last night. Lovely houses and well within our price range, but not in the right area. In fact, in a pretty crummy area. Looking at another one (or two if the other agent gets it sorted) this evening. These are in the right area but beyond the limit of what we want to spend. If we like, we'll have to see if we can get an offer accepted.
