Chocolates and Ginger

eldelphia beware.

This week's Japanese visitors went shopping in Clifton and presented us with a couple of boxes of giftwrapped chocolates. Perhaps an inch square, these consist of an outer wrapping of dark chocolate. Inside is a dark fondant/truffle mixed with chunks of root ginger. The whole is topped with a chunk of crstallised ginger.
