Nearly there...

We went to see six houses yesterday morning, keeping another four in mind that we'd seen earlier. Narrowed it down to 3 which we discussed in the pub and mostly made our minds up on before coallump and marktoy joined us for lunch.

We then bullied the relevant estate agents into closing early and showing us the house again, taking M&M along. Offer made on the spot, accepted this afternoon. All should go to plan as there's no chain either side of us. The only possible obstacle is the survey on ours. With any luck we'll be in by the end of April.
