Weekend Ahoy!
Aug. 13th, 2010 11:16 amI gather that quite a few of my friends are running or attending some event of note based at a site along the A43 between Brackley and Towcester. While I've been tempted by the idea of Odyssey I've been slack in actually doing something about it.
I too shall be dressed in clothing specific for the weekend and shall be camping out, but I shall wish you all well and wave vaguely in your direction from a site a little closer to the Towcester end while I watch some high-powered single-seater (F3) and GT cars racing. I shall be partaking of hog roast tomorrow night, which is the other big reason for not being at Odyssey - it's the Marshals Team's summer barbecue and I feel I should be supporting Penny who has done the organising of it.
