pauln1964I am incredibly fed up with nit-picking, pettifogging colleagues.
I'm applying a set of rules that I am told to apply. I am using data that is supplied to me by other people to do so.
As in so many other areas of my work it appears that I have responsibility without having the necessary authority to back it up.
