pauln1964We have agreed a sale of the house. Chap who's buying is doing so with a friend and has already been bought out of the house he used to own with two others. So there's no chain and he has the funds, which is all good. Hasty househunting in Beds commences imminently.

Note - houses get enraged when fired at and you should have some kind of native Bedfordshire servant nearby to jump in the way incase it tries to gore you
