This evening: Trip back to Bristle with Jim, followed by "discussion" with Penny over what sort of house we want and what we can afford. We could in theory get quite a lot, but that would mean living on beans for the next several years. We agree that this would be a Bad Thing^TM and need to arrive at a mutual acceptable maximum.

Tomorrow: We should have a bunch of information on new build in this area to go through. Break to watch the F1 season preview on ITV at lunchtime. Call agents in Bedford to sort viewings for Monday. Appointment to see mortgage consultant and determine how much we can afford late afternoon/early evening, which will be followed by further discussion of how much we want to take on . Trip up to Brum to post-Venetian nuptial celebration in the evening.

Sunday: Undetermined, but could well be a trip to see some stuff on our own and spending the night at Penny's folks.

Monday: House viewing with agent, before Penny drops me at ~~Cell Block H~~ Waterloo Hall and heads back west.
