Best laid plans...

Bought a shelf. This was the smallest of four things we were after. The other three await a return visit as we started discussing positioning, depth, space and realised we should measure up first as we don't want a repeat of the sofa incident. Various brochures taken home for perusal and decision, which means we should be able to do a swift in and out later on.
Painting.
Didn't happen. By the time we got home I had just about enough energy to feed cats, feed us and slump in front of the box. Unlikely to get much more done this week if I'm honest - DnD tonight, boardgames tomorrow and off to Poole on Friday, so Thursday will be packing.
