No Nigerian financial advice of late in my email junk (why yes, I do review it regularly). However, among the assorted "Canadian meds cheap" and "hook-up" invitations I am now frequently being canvassed to join German-language gambling sites.

I hav ehad six urgent messages from Santander, one from Satander and two from Alliance and Leicester, all claiming that there's something wrong with my bank account.

Strangely several of them are using Russian or Brazilian web addresses to store the date.

Me too. Didn't one of the big US-based spammers get taken out recently?

I had one claiming to be from HMRC stating I was due a tax rebate. Interestingly I would have to log on with my details to claim it!
