This Political Party Comparison was mentioned on the bbc site recently.

It's a good stab by a Bristolian (who I don't know), to give people an idea of which party is closest to their own views. Interesting set of questions, too. Shame Tories and Labour haven't responded.

For the record, LibDems match my views on 45 of 62 issues listed.

Thats bloody interesting. It is a shame the other parties aren't in it. I guess they want to appear to be all things to all men.

I got 35 out of 62, but I notice there are a lot of the Liberals' major policies that simply aren't mentioned e.g. abolition of the Council Tax.

Still - there's no way I'd vote Lib Dem!

It's a shame the others haven't answered. I vaguely know someone in UKIP - I'll see if I can get him prompt some answers from his party.

Wasted vote or just not having them?

Most Lib-Dem supporters say if everyone just voted who they believed in the Libs would win. I remain unconvinced.

I don't agree with their policies and therefore am not going to vote for them. I'm not a fan of tactical voting.

interesting

would be better if other parties were in it, I already know I agree with quite a lot of the LibDem ideas...
